Corrine Pierog has issues. So does most of the board. But as we’re beginning to learn, the board votes on the issues that our fearless leader, Madam Chair Pierog puts before them. Madam has issues. Severe issues that need to be put in front of the citizens of Kane County. It’s Corrine’s decision making. Madam is either incapable or quite evil. She’s either 5 beers short of a six pack, or maybe suffering from early stages dementia if we are being kind. More than likely though, she is either out of touch or completely hates the citizens of Kane County.

She acts as if all taxation is good. She actually think that we all believe it’s good to give her more money to spend. She is totally enamored with spending. She’s like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman where she just gets to spend and spend and spend. But in Pretty Woman, Richard Gere willingly dotes and spends on her. In “Not So Pretty Woman,” Corrine treats the citizens of Kane County as if they’re her Richard Gere. The difference? Richard Gere gives.

In Kane County, Madam, demands and takes. She acts as if anyone from lower middle class and up needs to pay more for more services that they never asked for and to buy buildings that they never needed.

In the Wizard of Oz, the wicked witch dies and the man behind the curtain is exposed. The citizens of Kane County need to demand that Madam, wakes up, is removed or starts serving the citizens and taxpayers.

When is enough enough? I’m done. Show up. There are so many meetings. Find just one and make some noise. Get people to run against the spenders. Screw the parties. Can’t stand either. Get someone who will control spending. Madam needs to go. We are not her peasants.
